I would like to print off 'cards' in my address book, the ideal is that I get to print a number of them on one sheet of paper. I have tried but only get the 'address' not all the other info like telephone numbers. I used the 'help' menu and it mentions that a pop up menu will be available when you select print, that should give you the options on what to print. BUT I do not get the pop up menu? Not sure why and not sure what my next step should be?
One page is going to be difficult depending on how many addresses you have. I know for me, I have nearly 22,000 contacts, and there's simply no way I could do it.
However, this might help you some.
Open Address Book and select the addresses you want to print, or keystroke CMD-A to select them all.
Now keystroke CMD-P to print and in the Style menu, select Lists.
In the Attributes menu, un-select all the default information, and select Address.
You should now get a printed list of your contacts including their addresses. I can't promise one page, because again, that's dependent upon the number of contacts you have, but it should give you what you need print wise.
